I have held many circles, gatherings, and spaces for people to come together in a deeper and more meaningful way. For more than twenty-five years, my work has centred around self-awareness, spirituality, embodiment, healing, transformation, and reconnection — both individually and in groups.
What began as a small group of women meeting together gradually became something far more powerful: a deeply supportive and connected space where women could soften, slow down, reconnect to themselves, and grow alongside one another over time.

Through the years, I have witnessed something incredibly meaningful happen when women gather intentionally like this.
Not to perform. Not to compete. Not to endlessly “work on themselves.”
But to reconnect.
To themselves. To spirit. And to one another.
And now, it feels time to open that space again.
The Reconnection Circle is a seasonal in-person gathering designed for women who are seeking a deeper connection to themselves, meaningful community, spiritual exploration, and a more grounded and intentional way of living.
This is not coaching.
It is not therapy.
And it is not about searching for more information.
It is a space to step out of the noise of everyday life and into a different field of energy — one that allows you to slow down, breathe, listen more deeply, and reconnect with what feels true for you.

Throughout the seasons, we may explore and work with:
Human Design
meditation and guided journeys
sacred and shamanic practices
group inquiry and reflection
nervous system and embodiment work
tarot and symbolic guidance
energetic and seasonal cleansing practices
breathwork and movement
numerology and spiritual frameworks
ritual, presence, and deeper self-awareness
Each gathering is intentionally different and will evolve naturally with the energy of the season and the group itself.
There is no pressure to perform here.
Nothing to achieve.
And nothing you need to “be.”
Only a space to arrive honestly and reconnect.
“There is something sacred that happens when women gather honestly, without performance, and remember they do not have to walk alone.”
— Alesha Keen

I use Human Design as a framework to show you how you are naturally designed to operate, where you may be overriding yourself, and what begins to shift when you return to your own way of being.
This isn’t about following a system.
It’s about understanding your natural way of moving through life,
so you can recognise what’s truly you and what isn’t.

This is not a large workshop or public event. It is a carefully created space where genuine connection, reflection, honesty, spirituality, and presence are able to deepen over time.
The circle will gather once each season for a full-day in-person experience held in a beautiful private space in the North West of England.

The group itself becomes part of the work.
The conversations.
The witnessing.
The honesty.
The shared experience of slowing down together.
This is why spaces are intentionally limited to 10–12 women, and why the circle may gently close after a period of time to allow the group to deepen and evolve together.
There is something powerful about returning to the same space season after season and being witnessed in your growth by women walking alongside you.
You may feel drawn to this space if:
you are spiritually open and curious
you value meaningful connection and honest conversation
you have already explored a level of inner work or self-development
you are seeking grounded spiritual community
you want space to slow down and reconnect to yourself
you are interested in Human Design, spirituality, embodiment, ritual, energy work, or consciousness
you are longing for a more intentional and connected way of living
This is not a trauma-processing space or therapy group.
It is a held and intentional environment for women who are ready to deepen their relationship with themselves, spirit, and authentic community.

Each gathering will include space for:
reflection and inquiry
meditation and spiritual practice
embodied process work
conversation and connection
ceremony and ritual
ceremony and ritual
shared nourishment and food together
Because sharing food, slowing down, and simply being together is also part of the work.
Over time, this becomes less about learning more… and more about living more deeply connected.
Although The Reconnection Circle is designed as an in-person experience, I know there may also be women who feel deeply drawn to this work but do not live locally.
Because of this, I am also exploring the possibility of creating a smaller online seasonal circle for women who would like to connect in this way from elsewhere.
This may include:
seasonal online gatherings
guided practices and inquiry
Human Design exploration
spiritual and energetic teachings
meditation and embodiment work
connection through a private online community
This space is still evolving organically, and I will share more as it unfolds.
If you feel called to this but are not local to the North West, you are still very welcome to register your interest below.
One of the most meaningful parts of the circle is the ongoing sense of connection that develops between gatherings.
Participants will also have access to a private community space and WhatsApp groups designed for:
connection and conversation
seasonal reflections
shared insights and support
updates and circle information
The intention is not constant interaction or overwhelm, but a gentle sense of ongoing connection between women walking a similar path.

The Reconnection Circle is intentionally small, allowing space for genuine connection, meaningful conversation, and a deeper sense of community to develop over time.
If you feel drawn to this space, I warmly invite you to register your interest below.
This will allow me to keep you updated as details unfold and invitations become available.
The first seasonal gatherings will begin soon.
If you would like to be among the first to hear when places become available, you can register your interest below.
Spaces will remain intentionally limited to support the depth and intimacy of the circle.
“You are not here to endlessly search for yourself.
You are here to remember what has always been true.”
