Like a silent knowing resting just beneath the surface of life. As a child, I could sense things before they happened, feel emotions that weren’t my own, and see beyond what was being spoken. I understood energy before I even knew the word for it. But with that awareness came a loneliness—who could I share it with? Who else could see what I saw, feel what I felt? So, I kept it inside, quietly observing the world through the eyes of someone who was already walking between realms.

Growing up with this heightened sensitivity wasn’t easy. I learned early on that most people didn’t perceive life in the way I did. I had to navigate the intensity of my emotions, the depth of my awareness, and the weight of energies that weren’t always mine to carry. Relationships were complex, often mirroring deep karmic lessons, and I unconsciously built walls to protect myself. But every challenge held a teaching, every heartbreak a deeper initiation into the mysteries of existence.
